Enclosed Flare designed to burn H2S waste gas.
H2S characteristic is can be break up only at very high temperature. So normal Flare tipe can not separate H2S.
Normal Flare burn waste gas at flare tip at the end of flare structure, while Enclosed Flare burn waste gas inside the structure.
Our Enclosed Flare control System design to maintain the raising temperature and maintain at appropriate temperature.
Our Control System mainly controlled using Siemens S7-200 PLC inside pressurized panel at Flare Skid.
Beside our PLC, we use Honeywell Temperature Indicating Controller. For Shut-Off Valve we use Maxon Valve, the leading Shut-Off Valve for Gas.
